Warranty and Return policy
- Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only unless specified otherwise.
- Product Warranty commences from the Date of the Invoice. The warranty period will be mentioned in the product page.
- We will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand / manufacturer / distributor. Delivery charges may apply with the consumer.
- The period of maintenance is 14 days from the date the service center received the item and not from the date Asgardstore received it.
- The warranty is only for hardware and does not include data or software
- The warranty is void if the computer case is opened without technical support approval or the void sticker is removed from the back of the computer. (*or when different parts are changed inside the computer*)
- We do not take returns on the computer for any reason and faulty parts are to be replaced by the dealer.
- We accept return of product within 3 days after your purchase with original invoice and packaging (unopened).
- Delivery charges for returning or cancelling an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer will be deducted 500 AED (plus transaction fee) in the event of canceling the order after the assembling process of the computer
Shipping and delivery policy
- The computer is assembled and installed within 2 to 4 working days after receiving the payment.
- Asgardstore is not responsible for the computers for delayed shipments or damage once they are delivered to the shipping company.
- Asgardstore is not responsible for the damages caused during shipment and the customer must verify the shipment before signing to receive it and not receive it if damaged.
- Asgardstore is not responsible for the damage caused by the shipping company and therefore the customer must file a complaint with the shipping company.
- The computer is prepared and tested before sending to the customer.
- All parts sent to the customers are sealed with original packaging.
Technical and Software Policy
- Technical support is provided through the website or WhatsApp.
- The support team determines through communication if the problem is from software or hardware.
- Asgardstore will not held responsible for any problems or errors that occur in the software.
- The support team will guide the customer to the correct procedure.
- Windows 10 Pro with genuine key installed in the computer is valid to activate the computer only once.
